On-site business incubator
Pioneering companies can rent on-site office space in our business incubator facility. The facility offers up to 4,000 square feet of space, including 120 square feet to 240 square feet offices as well as up to four 400 square feet customizable wet laboratories. Direct access to the University of Georgia's National Environmentally Sound Production Agriculture Laboratory and conference /admin facilities, as well as technological, research and business assistance are just a few of the benefits of locating in the incubator space.
The rental term is 90 days, with automatic renewal for another 90 days as long as the tenant abides by the rules and regulations of The Center of Innovation for Agribusiness. We use a graduated rent structure that increases every 12 months; during the third year, incubator rent will be similar to office space rent in the surrounding community.
